
Masayuki Shimabukuro Hanshi (1948 - 2012) is chairman of both the Jikishin-Kai International and the Nippon Kobudo Jikishin-Kai, he holds a great deal of personal responsibility for passing on the ancient traditions of Japanese martial arts to the modern world. Shimabukuro Hanshi is presently ranked 8th dan in Muso Jikiden Eishin-Ryu Iaido (Iaijutsu), 8th dan Shito-ryu Karate-do, 7th dan in Shindo Muso-Ryu Jojutsu and holds the coveted title of Hanshi in both Iaido and Karate-do. Hanshi is the highest title one can achieve in the Traditional Japanese Martial Arts.
Shimabukuro Hanshi has also received the official appointment by the Dai Nippon Butoku Kai as the International Director & Coordinator for DNBK Iai-do and Batto-do divisions. He has also been awarded both Hachidan and Hanshi in Iai-do by the Dai Nippon Butoku Kai and is now representing the DNBK International for teaching the art of swordsmanship and budo outside of Japan.

Carl Long , Kyoshi is the senior most student of Shimbakuro Masayuki, Hanshi. He is the director as well as the highest ranked member for the Jikishin-Kai Intl. under Shimbakuro ,Hanshi and is responsible for the instruction and certification of Jikishin instructors and dojo throughout the Eastern U.S.A, Canada, Europe and Central and South America. Kyoshi Long is presently ranked 8th dan Shorin Ryu Karate, 6th dan Shito Ryu Karate, 7th dan DNBK Iaido, 7th Dan Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu, 5th dan Okinawa Kobudo, 5th dan Shindo Muso Ryu Jojutsu and holds the coveted title of Kyoshi.
Carl Long, Hanshi was appointed as the designated successor, So-Shihan and chairman of the Kokusai Nippon Budo Kai by Shimabukuro Hanshi on August 15, 2012 and received the Hanshi-Ho designation by the Dai Nippon Botoku Kai in 2013.

Dr. Frank Navarrete is sensei of MJER Aruba and supervises MJER T&T. He trains directly under Kyoshi Carl Long and is presently ranked 2nd Dan Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu and 1st Dan Nippon Goshin Jujutsu.

Rajesh Ramroop is group leader of MJER T&T. He trains under the supervision of Sensei Naverette. He is currently ranked 1st Dan Kazure Te Ryu and 4th kyu Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu.
